Born in Carmel, California and raised in the beautiful Sierra Mountains, I moved to Los Angeles in 2003. After obtaining my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Media Communications at the University of California Los Angeles I jumped straight into the world of parties and production. My first job out of college I was the Executive Creative Coordinator for a social expert and television personality, Allana Baroni. I quickly became involved in a multitude of projects as a stylist, buyer, producer, operations manager, ghost-writer, set designer, and marketing director. Some projects include Live with Regis and Kelly, The Style Network, KTLA, Statement Magazine, Ehow.com and several high-profile & celebrity clientele private events including a dinner party for former President Bill Clinton. I soon decided that although my passion is for design and production, I must learn business to stay afloat. I am currently the Director of Marketing & Sales for Vitalize Labs, LLC managing all client relations and special events for their product EBOOST with high-end clients nation-wide including W, Morgan’s & Kor Hotels, and retail outlets such as Exhale Spa, Equinox, Lifetime Fitness, and Bed Bath & Beyond.
Never satisfied with one thing at a time, I continue to hold additional jobs and manage other projects independently. I have been the Assistant to the Director of Operations for ESPN Radio College Gameday and Superbowl Pre-game Coverage (including Mike & Mike and The Herd) for over four years. I recently launched my long awaited website
www.outlately.com featuring everything free to do in Los Angeles. I have also been teaching cooking classes with my sister over the past year, mixing food and beverage with a fun and fabulous party atmosphere. Most recently, my sister, Chef Kelsey Henderson, and I won "The Chopping Block" a restaurant competition show hosted by NBC in the summer of 2009.
